Our Mission
RiseRealize exists to close the gap between the mental health crisis and the communities most affected by it. Through Prevention and Early Intervention programming, we build resilience in underserved Los Angeles neighborhoods — before crisis occurs.
Building Community Wellness Solutions Together
We partner with mental health agencies, community organizations, and local government to deliver wellness programming directly to those who need it most. In collaboration with TeleHealth Van Network — providing clinical consultation and mental health service integration — and District Event, whose full-service live production capabilities bring Resonance Rising to life at any scale, we deliver bilingual outreach and integrated wellness experiences that create real, measurable impact across Los Angeles communities.
RiseRealize is actively pursuing government contracts and grant funding to expand community access to Prevention and Early Intervention programming across LA County.
What we Do
Wellness That Meets You Where You Are
RiseRealize delivers free, non-clinical, PEI-aligned wellness programming across Los Angeles County. Our programs are trauma-informed, accessible, and designed to reach people where barriers exist.
Our Programming Includes:
- Resonance Rising — Large-scale and intimate community sound wellness experiences using therapeutic sound baths, singing bowls, gongs, and guided mindfulness
- Therapeutic Soundscapes — Professionally produced audio environments designed for stress reduction and nervous system regulation
- Guided Mindfulness & Meditation — Live and virtual sessions supporting emotional regulation and mental resilience
- Mental Health Education & Outreach — Bilingual wellness education, resource distribution, and community linkage to LA County mental health services
- Stigma Reduction Initiatives — Community events and education that normalize mental health conversations in culturally responsive settings
All programming is free, bilingual, and available for agency and organizational partnerships.

Resonance Rising ~ A Community Wellness Experience
Resonance Rising is RiseRealize's signature community wellness program — a free, large-scale sound wellness experience that uses therapeutic sound and vibration as a preventative, non-clinical pathway to mental wellbeing.
Rooted in evidence-based practice, Resonance Rising teaches participants to feel and use sound to invoke an instant calming sensation — giving them practical tools they can take home and use every day.

A certified Sound Bath Facilitator guides participants through an immersive sound journey featuring:
- Calming vibrations from singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice
- Sound instruments with historically proven healing frequencies

- Immersive sound healing combined with bilingual wellness education

Our Story
RiseRealize was founded by Susan Goines, a certified
woman-owned business operator with over 35 years of experience serving Los Angeles communities. Susan launched RiseRealize to bring accessible, equity-centered mental wellness programming to the underserved populations who need it most — combining operational discipline with genuine community commitment.
